Alivia and I, a newlywed couple, have been living in Kansas City for nearly two years. Alivia works as a Speech Language Pathologist and I work for a delivery company. Our hearts will always be tied to the ranch in Western Kansas where our beef is sourced from. My wife, Alivia, grew up there and I spent 10 years working alongside her father. It was here that we fell in love and eventually got married. Since moving to the city, we've missed many things about the West, particularly the breathtaking sunsets, vast open spaces, and of course, the beef.
