Alivia and I have been living in Kansas City for nearly two years and have grown to love this city. Alivia works as a Speech Language Pathologist and I work for a delivery company. Our hearts will always be tied to the ranch in Western Kansas where our beef is sourced from. My wife, Alivia, grew up there and I spent 10 years working alongside her father. It was there that we fell in love and eventually got married. Since moving to KC, we've missed many things about the West, particularly the breathtaking sunsets, vast open spaces, and of course, the beef. That's why we decided to share our taste of home with our friends and community in Kansas City. Our goal is to provide high-quality beef and build meaningful relationships with those we come into contact with through our small business.
