The half beef package is approximately 230-250 lbs of packaged meat. You pay for the hanging weight (hanging weightv400-450 lbs). Our beef is dry-aged for 21 days and vacuum sealed to keep it fresh. If you want your beef cut a certain way. Let us know and we can get that arranged.
