The quarter beef package is approximately 115-125 Ibs of packaged meat. You pay for the hanging weight (hanging weight 200-240lbs). Our beef is dry-aged for 21 days and vacuum sealed to keep it fresh. If you want your beef cut a certain way. Let us know and we can get that arranged.
